The Parish Center is priced for members and non-members. Please let us know if we can make improvements. St. Josephs is not responsible for any accidents. Any damage to the facility or furnishings must be replaced or repaired. Please do not remove any items from the center.
Facility – Several layout options are available. A portable dance floor is available
Seating – The Center has 40 (60-inch) round tables that seat eight each, for a total of 320 persons. Several eight foot banquet rectangle tables are also available. In addition, eight (37-inch) square “card” tables are available. We have a total of 400 chairs.
Timing – There will only be one event on any given day. A copy of the set-up layout (tables and chairs) must be given to our custodian one week in advance. Arrangements for early access to the facilities must be made in advance through the office. All events must end by 11 PM. All decorations, food and debris must be removed following the event. Garbage should be bagged and placed in the dumpster.
Decorating – White polyester table cloths are available to rent. Sterling candelabras are also available. Extreme care should be taken with any candles – those on the table must be in containers. No helium tanks are allowed in the building. Balloons must be weighted or secured. No decorative glitter or confetti is allowed.
Beverages – Beer, white wine and champagne may be served if offered at no charge. No red wine is allowed. Bartenders must be furnished by St. Joseph Church at the rate of $12 per person per hour. Two (2) bartenders are suggested. If liquor is to be served, the renter must provide their own liquor license and dram shop insurance. Please contact the office for further details.
Kitchen – A parish member familiar with the operation of the equipment must be present. Please contact the office for specific dishware, pots, warmers and equipment available. Arrangements must be made through the office in advance. You must provide your own wait staff and kitchen help.

St. Joseph Church for Wedding: the church seats 450 persons including the balcony. There are 22 rows of pews in the church.
